How do I place an order

Simply add the item to your online cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button, and then complete the checkout process by entering your personal and payment details to complete your order.

How will I know my order has been placed

After you have completed the checkout process and your payment has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. The email will include your order number along with an order summary.

 

Are the prices the same as instore as online

Our prices in-store and on our website may vary. This is because there may be a specific promotion running online or in-store.  

Also, the prices on our website WILL NOT have the assembly prices included. If you need assembly, it will incur an extra charge. Call us on 065-6797853 to arrange this.

 

Do you take away old items

Yes, we will recycle your old items but this needs to be pre-arranged with our sales team at time of purchase. (See Cost of this service below) This service includes the removal and recycling of your old Mattress or other pieces of Furniture.   When you avail of this service, we cannot accept any liability for any damage to property that might happen therein as a result.

Please note: Please ensure any old furniture to be removed or taken away by Home Trends has been dismantled prior to removal. Mattresses must be clean and dry and not left outdoors.

Will you assemble the furniture I order 

If you require us to assemble any item for you that you purchased, we can arrange to do so. There will be a nominal fee for this service depending on the product in question and you will need to call our Sales Team in advance of your delivery on 065-6797853. 


Please Note: However, should you not avail of this service you will be unable to return any self-assembly items if assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item does not comply with the description given, is faulty or is not fit for its purpose stated.

Have Home Trends got a delivery service

  • Yes, Home Trends offer an excellent delivery service and a member of our team will be in contact with you as soon as your order has been received with a delivery date. We offer a nationwide delivery service for all our products on our website. If your product is not in stock on the date of your purchase we will provide you with a lead time for the arrival of your order. You may also collect from our store if it is more convenient to you. 
  • Please Note we strongly advise customers before purchasing, to ensure that the measurements of all entrances are suitable for the intended purchase.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery Service is Free of Charge Under 70Km of our store. Any delivery between 70-100km is 40 and delivery over 100km is €70.

Lead time: Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by phone to confirm your expected lead time. If the products you have ordered are in stock and available for delivery, the expected delivery time is 5-21 days. Products from our Bespoke Handmade Collection will usually take longer as they are designed and made especially for you and are delivered between 6-12 weeks. Handmade furniture from the Irish Eden range is between 3-4 weeks. 

  • Delivery:  Our Transport Team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date by phone.
  • Assembly: We will assemble Sofa's at no extra cost if you have opted for our delivery service. Any other items may be assembled subject to an additional Assembly Fee. You can call us on 065-6796853 to request Assembly and our Assembly Team will be happy to help.

 

Can I book a delivery time 

We operate an “all day” delivery policy, however, if you contact us after 10am on the morning of your delivery date, we can give you the delivery drivers telephone number. The driver will give you an approximate time only, allow for a window of approximately four hours as circumstances beyond our control such as traffic congestion, breakdowns and inclement weather all play a role in the time you get your delivery.

 

How can I pay

We accept all major Debit Cards and Credit Cards.

 

Are all the products in stock

At Home Trends we have a wide range of stock available, however occasionally certain items may run out due to high demand. If you would like to know the availability of a certain item, please contact us via email or phone                (065-6797853) and we will let you know the availability of your furniture. If you have ordered an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date, at this stage providing the option of continuing with your order.

Are all products online available to see instore

Due to the vast range of collections available, it is impossible to stock everything on our online shop.   Please check availability before travelling.
