Faulty Items for large bulky items (which we deliver) If your item (s) is found to be faulty or not as described, please inform our delivery team from Home Trends before they leave your home. Alternatively call 065-6797853 and email email@example.com (with pictures of the fault) and we will arrange to pick up the faulty item. Faults should be reported within a maximum of 2 days after receiving your delivery or collection from our showroom.
Faulty Items for regular-sized items (which we deliver) If your items are found to be faulty or not as described, please notify our delivery team from Home Trends before they leave your home. Alternatively call 065-6797853 and email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org (with pictures of the damage) Faults should be reported within a maximum of 2 days after receiving your delivery. When faults occur, you will be required to return the item to us by An Post using your local Post Office and we will incur the cost of posting. You will receive a free prepaid returns label from us which will be sent to you. Once you receive the label please return the faulty item to Home Trends, 29 Parnell Street Ennis, Co Clare V95 ED79.
Please look after your unwanted Items once you have decided to return them - even if they are faulty. Unwanted/faulty goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This is both the box they came in and the box they were sent in filled with the protective packaging.
Once Faulty item(s) is returned to our store we will arrange a replacement for you and if you do not require a replacement, a refund will be processed and will be transferred to your bank usually within 14 days.
For all Faulty items, Home Trends will incur the cost of the return.
Change of Mind - In the unlikely event that you change your mind, please let Home Trends know immediately, call 065-6797853
If you are unsure about a purchase or changed your mind, a store credit can be issued against orders returned within 14 days. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to our store. Please ensure you include your details with the order number and explaining why you have returned the item.
If you require us to arrange a collection for you see as follows:
For large bulky items, a charge between €50 to €100 will be made to cover the cost of collecting and returning the items, depending on product size and your location. This Fee is to cover the cost of sending our delivery team back out to you.
For regular size items, a collection charge of €30 will be deducted from the cost of the item and collection will be made by our delivery team at Home Trends.
Any shipping costs included in your order will not be included in your refund.
Home Trends cannot accept products back when it is out of the original packaging or the seals are broken.
Following the cancellation of your order and the safe return of the item, an inspection will be carried out and any credit owed will be authorized or refunded, usually within 14 days.
Packaging - Goods need to be in their original packaging and in pristine condition for resale. In the case of larger bulky items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please note mattresses once opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Exceptions -Floor model/display models are sold as seen and no refunds will be issued on these goods.

Home Trends will provide all customers with measurements, however, it’s ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods will fit in the intended space. In the instance where a product is custom ordered, Home Trends will not accept returns unless there is a genuine fault.
Size & Access - It is the customers responsibility to ensure that purchased items can be delivered to a specific room. We cannot accept any responsibility in this regard of any items that do not or cannot be delivered due to size and/or access. This will incur a 20% restocking charge and balance will be issued as a credit note. In the case of a refund being approved, it will be net of our restocking fee.
